Simply doesn't work. Only downloaded it to beat the very long queues at the theatre car park ticket machine. I'd already set it up well in advance of needing to use it. Came to use it, nothing. 'Error'. Rebooted phone, restarted app, same again. Other people around me were also giving up, and having to join the queue for the physical machines. Waste of time - simply don't bother with the app!

Hidden "extras" that you can no longer deselect... I don't need a text. App used to be ok but now glitchy and unreliable and getting help is a circular loop of hell! For some reason can no longer login, can't contact customer services to fix because I need to... login. missed trains trying to sort out, had to use website to pay, couldn't extend parking because have to do this on app and guess what... can't login on, can't reset email, help email routes back to app I can't get into. Madness!

Great to find parking at nearby attractions. Clarity of payment needs improving. Found parking for the day £4.13. go to pay and its now £4.63??? No obvious additions anywhere. Pay more for money back guarantee but I didn't take that option. Hence 3 star otherwise 5*!
